Thank you for the recognition team. I couldn’t agree more. Rishi has been on invaluable help (like always) by being a constant support pillar and experience owner for everything in Elements. Thank you @Rishi Ranjan Sinha for Raising the bar with your contributions. Your relentless focus on getting the desired experience executed is praiseworthy. It’s also great to see you take the initiative and own the outcome by constantly pushing for clarity among all stakeholders. Your efforts in coming up with frameworks to enable the team achieve more with less has been key for us to reach thus far.

I`ll save my comments for some other time but I strongly feel Rishi deserves recognition for his contribution in a much larger context than just modernization. He has been that one team member who constantly keeps working without making noise, without throwing tantrums and making sure things stay on track. Many a time we don’t realize the value of such team members by appreciating them for their efforts at the right time. As in a cricket team, it`s good to have a batsman who can hit six at every ball but it`s equally(sometimes even more) important to have someone who can stay on the pitch and hold the other side without getting out 😊

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Rishi for his invaluable contribution to UX modernization exercise and the way he has juggled multiple requirements spread across multiple areas in Elements Desktop and Elements Web. In a day, I have seen him attending multiple diverse feature meetings in which he needs to quickly switch context and share XD spec or his views on a particular workflow. Apart from the feature meetings, he is working closely with product managers, quality and dev engineerings looking at the UI apart from UX review meetings he would be having with you, while finding time to work on the requirements and come up with design solutions. He is a very patient listener and I appreciate the quality feedback he brings to the team meetings. He also shared great feedback for the questions for survey. I appreciate the fact that he was innovative in coming up with a structure around XD delivery of components and classification in lieu of exhaustive manual approach. He is open to feedback and I admire the way he has been helping the team w.r.t to the hugely impactful UX modernization feature in this cycle.
